RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Fission strives to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, because opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened or used products after they have been sold or delivered.

~We can only exchange the product if the damage or quality issue is reported within the timeframe outlined below.

~If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please notify our customer service department within 24 hours of receipt, along with supporting images and video, so that we can address your concern as soon as possible.

~Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any product quality concerns.

~Fission is not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery.~Our Exchange/Returns Policy does not cover damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application.

~Product exchanges will be accepted only if the products are returned in sellable condition, in their original packaging, undamaged, and subject to the following terms.

~Returns and exchange requests will be checked and vetted by Fission.

~There will be no refunds once the goods have been sold.

~Please note that any refund or exchange decision will be made solely by the Fission Bodycare quality control team.
